Once we complete the initial consultation, we will compile these documents into a comprehensive file and create a customized treatment plan to meet the patient’s goals. This also allows us to communicate and work with the patient’s other health providers, including any primary care providers and dentists, to provide patients with the highest chance of success. We can modify and alter treatment plans as necessary throughout your time with us. We encourage patients to communicate any new health changes or symptoms they experience immediately.
